Yellow bananas come mostly from Ecuador. Yellow collects his yummy favourites when they are green, so that they are still tropically fresh when they reach Europe. This is why the bananas taste great and maintain their nutritional value.
Following Christopher Columbus example, Yellow has decided to import pineapples to Europe as well. To make sure that everyone's life is sweeter and full of nutritional values, he has travelled a long way to Ecuador and Costa Rica.
Just like any child, Yellow likes to play with food. One day he had an idea to mush ripe fruits into pulp. It turned out that the mousse created this way is an ideal ingredient of milk shakes, a perfect cake topping and ice-cream topping and a fabulous addition to other foods.
